In this paper, we report the effect of the "Community Road" project. We have grasped the physical and traffic conditions of 183 routes of the community road in Osaka city, by practical research, and estimated the effect of progressing the Community Road Systems in residential area, analizing mainly traffic accidents. We analized physical performance of all routes of Community Road in Osaka City, and have found some factors with cause traffic accidents, for example, speed of cars covering through Community Roads, facilities those are placed on road, and etc ・・・・・. We expect that results of this paper will be putted on practical works in increasing Community Road, and want to deepen our understanding about the Community Roads System and its effect by analizing our data base more.
