The purpose of this study is to investigate factors which related to workers' career satisfaction. Subjects are 345 and chi-square test and multiple regression analysis are adopted. Main results are followings ; (a) Using chi-square test, it was clear that the ratio of male, married, high job-position workers, and managers were high in the high-score career satisfaction group, compared with the low-score career satisfaction group. (b) Using multiple regression analysis, it was clear that work-role centrality, match between individual and organizational career plans, self-expression, feedback (from job), and perceived promotion opportunity were effective as explanatory variables in workers' career satisfaction. (c) As a whole, career management which depends on these factors will be used for the settlement management through the presentation of career perspectives suitable for each workers.
