The purpose of this study is to investigate the life-consciousness factors which are bases of the career guidance. As explanatory variables, direction of life-style life design, system-and-group, and consumer consciousness are adopted. Subjects are 346 and canonical coefficient analysis is adopted. Main results are followings ; (a) The most strong coefficient relationship to work values is life design, the second is system-and-group, the third is direction of life-style and the fourth is consumer consciousness. (b) In the coefficient relationship between direction of life-style and work values, as common dimensions, human relations and spiritual facets are cleared. (c) In the coefficient relationship between life design and work values, as a common dimension, minus selfactualization consciousness is cleared. (d) In the coefficient relationship between system-and-group and work values, as a common dimension, workcentorisra is cleared. (e) In the coefficient relationship between consumer consciousness and work values, as common dimensions, positiveness, autonomy, and self-actualization consciousness are cleared.
