This paper newly made the standard consideration standard, and examined the relation between the normative consciousness and problem behavior and the relations to the class adjustment. As a result, proportions of a reactive number in "Studies/obligation morality" area were highly shown and it was shown that teacher's detailed guidance influenced the immanence of student's normative consciousness a lot. In the obligation morality, it was clarified that between the action and the normative consciousness, there was a gap. And, it has been understood that the obligation morality is deeply related to the peer group. The possibility that the relation to the friend excellence because of showing a relation between problem behavior and the classmate and significant relations the tune to problem behavior was shown.
