接遇教育における実践的教授法「起業方式」と人材育成に関する一考察

Human resource development contains the education for Reception-Office Skills in the company. Good human relations activate the good business and develop the company. It must be good for new comers to have high motivation about Reception-Office Skills when they enter the company. Students study the Reception-Office Skills in "Lecture of Applied Business" and "Practical Applied Business" in our college. In those classes, I adopted the educational method named "Creating virtual company method". Students compose groups and each group proposes the virtual company by themselves. They experience with many kinds of jobs in the company through role playing. Such kind of teaching method provides students with good effect in the education for Reception-Office Skills. It seems to give students higher motivation in the classes. I made some researches with several questionnaires to reveal the results of the teaching method in the classes. They indicate that students show higher interest on the job of companies and got the better motivation through the classes. The review of companies also reports the graduated students show the same effects in their companies for the first time.
