接遇教育の実技指導における「"さらに"の効果」に関する一考察

In the practical education for reception-office skills, it is important to guide students through empathic words of encouragement to improve the behaviors of students. This is because students have a wide range of initial abilities in learning office skills such as pleasant greetings. A poor choice of phrase by the teacher might easily demoralize a student in her efforts to master the desired skills. Here, this study introduces a practical teaching method named the "Effect of SARANI" in order not to demoralize the students. This paper describes the effect of this teaching method and the findings from a questionnaire survey showed the positive effect of this practical teaching method.
