論文It has been often said that school, family and community have to work together for improving educational activities. However, the previous arguments have little interest in the interpersonal cooperation, although inter-organizational cooperation is based on it. It is necessary to take into consideration methods of promoting interpersonal cooperation for education. Among these methods, this paper intends to examine the role of coordinators arranged by administrative agencies. Coordinators are placed in each site; educational board, schools, or community centers, hence it's natural to think their roles are each differing. Of course coordinators'roles are wide-ranging, but I especially consider it notable that they have a common role as "centrality based on betweenness" for interpersonal cooperation. In addition to arranging coordinators, I'm sure it will be necessary to develop some methods of training coordinators, or qualifying people, such as workers in voluntary association and actors in community, for coordinators.
