• We present the three regimes with the relation of output power and input power of HNLF. With the transfer functions are different; the effect of 2R-optical regenerators is not similar. We choose the flat region on one-level as the best mode to optimize. Using the scale rules in the regenerators based on SPM, we calculate the optimum length using the scale rules utilizing the dispersive length and the nonlinear length of HNLF.
