Company disaster prevention is very important in a future disaster prevention strategy same as a voluntary disaster prevention. The role that a local construction company should perform when a large-scale natural disaster occurs is very large for a speedy recovery. In order to grasp the present situation of company disaster prevention in a construction company, questionnaire survey was conducted with regard to 40 construction companies in Shikoku. Though companies more than 70% think that the making of BCP is necessary, it was highlighted to be hard to wrestle with company disaster prevention because of the constraint for human resources, financial administration and time.
