In environment surrounding companies, importance of the knowledge management is pointed out, and the values and occupational consciousness of employees change greatly. In this article, I clarify the concept and position the talented persons' portfolio about a professional coming into the limelight recently and refer about the ideal method of desirable career formation. I want to point out the next four points for the desirable career formation for professionals. (1) the fusion of the systematic knowledge education and learning by experiences (2) the introduction of FA system and the diversification of career option (3) firm specific skills to employability (4) the use of role model and mentor as career adviser
