We develop a micro-magnet technique to manipulate single electron spins electrically with a large potential for scalability. We demonstrate that the technique works by rotating independently two electron spins in a double quantum dot circuit integrating a micrometersize ferromagnet. We find that it is the stray magnetic field of the micro-magnet that enables the electrical control and spin selectivity. Based on these results, we propose a scalable architecture for quantum information processing with electron spins using a tailored split micro-magnet geometry.
