• In this paper, I examine the Japanese ways of thinking and communicating and also the structure of the Japanese language. By contrasting the differences of thinking and communicating ways between the Japanese and English native speakers, as well as the structures of both languages, I pursue to create the method on how to write English understandable to English native speakers. I also present the samples of English letters written by the Japanese, an American and a British to make the readers understand how to improve our English letters.
