The purpose of this study is to develop the learning materials for nondestructive testing lessons of defects in concrete. Hammering test, thermographic examination and survey to locate the reinforcing bars in concrete are aimed in this study. Two types of specimens which have artificial defects for hammering test and thermograpfic examination are made. In hammering test, these defective parts are detected by the frequency analysis. And these location of the defective parts are recognized by using thermograpic camera. For the survey to locate the reinforcing bars, another specimen whose location of bars is changeable is made. Using the re-bar locator, the location of reinforcing bars are specified with satisfactory accuracy. These learning materials are well-suited for nondestructive testing lessons.
