Entered the 21st century, under the economic circumstances that long-term recession was overcome and economic boom outreaching so-called "Izanagi Keiki" continues, accomplishment of Japanese enterprises that have been maintaining positive earnings is rapidly worsening by the influence of financial crunch that emerged in the United States. On the contrary, As seen in consolidation of the M&A legal system and introduction of internal control based on the SOX legal system, Japanese enterprises are sought for various changes such as swift decision-making, added value, efficiency and disclosure of information, considering adaptation to global standards. As above-mentioned, Japanese enterprises are changing their structure based on their internal and external factors and active and passive factors. We would like to make a research about business administration from four aspects such as structure of stock ownership, forms of employment, finance and risk management. In chapterII, Masuo analyzes changing structure of stock ownership in Japanese enterprises. Especially, he focuses changing structure of cross shareholdings in Panasonic Corporation. Further, he analyzes the changing structure of corporate control. In Chapter III, Iso analyzes employment measures of the Japanese enterprises that were done in an aged society. As a result, there will be a possibility that the revision of laws(e.g. Worker Dispatching Law,Law for the Stabilization of Employment of the Aged) exerts bad influences on the work environment of young workers. In Chapter IV, Higuma makes a point that we should emphasize the market value of shares or The share price in place of the market value and should adopt the business asset or the EBITDA in place of intrinsic value when we consider the market value, the intrinsic value and the both constituent parts in the oligopolistic telecommunications, focusing on their firm. In ChapterV, Sekioka conducts a preliminary examination for theorization of violations that were not fully researched since they were identified as errors, by checking up a conceptual difference between errors and violations, mechanism of violations, human factors and organizational factors of violations.
