We have found the two types of the fluctuation modes in the SmBP_<Iso> by the dynamic light scattering. Slower mode can be attributed to the shrinkage and elongation of the multilamellar interconnected structure, which correspond to the response time of the color shift excited by the strong Ti:S pulsed laser light. Faster mode is assigned to the orientation fluctuation mode which is the same as that in the ChBP phase. The same orientation fluctuation can be confirmed in the SmBP_<X3> phase and its relaxation frequency smoothly varies through SmBP_<X3> and SmBP_<Iso> phase transition in spite of the drastic change of the macroscopic visco-elastic properties. Namely, the SmBP_<Iso> phase shows the gel-like static elastic response, whereas the SmBP_<X3> phase behaves as a visco-elastic non-Newtonian liquid.
