Japanese students learn a number of terms through high school subjects of algebra, physics, chemistry, world history, Japanese history, geography, etc. Then it must be effective to teach their English equivalents at university. This will help students discuss relevant issues with foreign students, and will also be instrumental to learning technical terms (e.g. of economics), enhancing practical English skill, and balancing interest in social subjects with that in science.
