We study models of spontaneous CP violation within the framework of E_6 SUSY GUT on which horizontal symmetry and anomalous U(1) symmetry are imposed. The VEVs of the avon fields break horizontal symmetry and CP symmetry spontaneously and simultaneously, and generate Yukawa couplings of the MSSM with their phases as well as realistic hierarchies. The current model exhibits several steps to ease SUSY CP problem without destabilizing the weak scale. Each symmetry employed in the model plays crucial roles in realising above consequences.
