We discuss the interesting feature of sfermion mass spectrum those are derived from supersymmetric(SUSY) E_6 GUT with U(2) horizontal symmetric models, and investigate influence on some Flavor Changing Neutral Current(FCNC) processes from the structure of these soft masses.
