We analyzed facial expressions by taste stimulation. In recent years, a lot of researches about expression recognition have been proposed. Many researches about expression recognition have used artificial expressions by imaging, but the artificial expressions are strictly different from real expressions. However, it is very difficult to observe real expressions except "Laughter". In that sense, it can be said that research about expression recognition are systems based on "Artificial expression". Therefore, we paid attention to facial expression by taste stimulation. These expressions are the natural reflex action of human beings. In the first step of this research, we analyzed detailed movement of the expressions that occurred because of taste stimulation; the movement of facial parts (eyebrow, eyes, nose, mouth) and the timing of these movements. In the next step, we compared "Rea" taste and "Artificial" taste expressions. We obtained the difference between real expressions and artificial expressions imaging taste.
