The semantic character of a prototypical topic word derived from a GA-marked noun is always "content of explanation". However when O-marked noun or Ni-marked noun is topicalized, its semantic character is not always "content of explanation", but also "object of disposal". When imperative sentences take the style of "topic-comment" structure, the topic word in the sentence is always considered as "object of disposal". Moreover in a considerable number of cases of descriptive sentences in which the topic word is derived from O-marked noun or Ni-marked noun, its semantic character is "object of disposal.
