This research is intended to scrutinize the problems, effect and performance of balanced scorecard management and to find how to apply BSC management to the targeted healthcare and social welfare services. BSC management translate the management vision and the strategy to operational terms and make sure to implement it, making the strategy a continual process. BSC aligns the organization to the strategy so that operational units become linked to the strategy through the common themes and objectives that permeate their scorecards and create synergy. Major barrier may be removed by this strategy implementation as most traditionally designed organization have great difficulty in communication and coordination across these specialty functions. In this paper, I have illustrated how a strategy map organizes for financial strategy, customer & patient value proposition, and criticae internal process. In all cases, successful companies use the Balance Scorecards in a very coordinated manner across their organizations to ensure that the anticipated whole generated from synergy exceeds the sum of the operational units.
