Warfare is an important vehicle that spreads science and technology; science and technology, however, provide support to warfare. To realize their purpose of invasion and to strengthen the gains from their wars, colonists normally transmit, utilize and develop science and technology in the colonial countries and regions. Such a phenomenon is defined as "Colonial Science." I also define it as the "colonization of science and technology." The colonization of science and technology, as a matter of fact, is the abnormal and savage socialization of science and technology; is the irrational spread of science and technology and is the misuse of science and technology. Science and technology became accomplices in the process of the imperialists' colonial expansion and governance.
