The function and the usage of ガ and 〓 ga, ヲ and 〓 reul seem to be corresponding each other in a system of the case particle of Japanese and Korean. However there are differences in actual use, which often leads Japanese-speakers learning Korean to make misusage. In this paper, I discussed the misuse was caused by the difference of sentence structures or by the difference of parts of speech of its predicate by comparing the sentence structures of both languages about the expressions of the desire, ability, and cognitive sentences like わかる wakaru and 〓〓 alda, and sentences to express likes and dislikes. Also I tried to find an appropriate teaching plan. As a result, I found that case particle which indicates object could be marked both ガ and ヲ in Japanese whereas same phenomenon is not seen in Korean sentences. And also comparing with Japaneses, even in the expressions of desire, Korean case particles are tended to be used not as free as Japanese ones. Especially, in Japanese sentences that has compound predicate, there can be found both case markers depend on their parts of speech, however Korean sentences tend to be keeping their original case markers. On these reasons, native Japanese-speakers learning Korean make misusages on ガ by interference which should be used as 〓 reul not 〓 ga in its sentence.
