切欠き板試験片の弾塑性ひずみ挙動の研究 : 2.鋼材のひずみ集中係数の比較考察

The test to investigate the elastic-plastic strain concentration factor in plate specimen with notches by using strain gages under tensile monotonic load has been conducted. Two kinds of similar specimens made of SS400 material are used which specimens are each three kinds of specimens with different similarity ratio of the same elastic stress concentration factor of 2.13 or 2.43. Another two kind of specimens are used : one specimens are those with three kind of notch root radius and constant notch depth. Other specimens are those with three kind of notch depth and constant notch root radius. From test result, we show the relation between the multyply of the strain concentration factor by the stress concentration factor and stress level, and we compare these results with Neuber's equation. Also regarding the strain concentration factor, the comparison of the experimental results with the estimated values by ASME Code Case N47 method is shown. The dicussion on the accuracy of the N47 method has been mentioned.
