Several booklets in which preparation of glaze etc. was described were kept for Kanjiro Kawai Memorial Hall in Kyoto, it brought home to the laboratory of the university in Okinawa, and the small booklet has been sent from Kyoto one day which began to read these booklets as there were still such data. It is this "kiln stuffing schedule and sketch pad." The writer named from written contents. The date and the contents of work for 7 time are described for about one year from "August, Showa 6" to "a part for June, Showa 7 "The contents describe what kind of ornament and glaze are given to kiln stuffing of preparation of glaze, or each time which should be tested, or which position of kiln is stuffed. The description about the kind of work which carries out kiln stuffing is the note which there are few publications of a firing result and they should consider is a schedule book although it is. the second half of a note--a sketch and ornament of the jar of new work--it draws and leaves the crest. Description and the sketch which are connected with some works are accepted in description in a booklet now during the "Kawakatsu collection" collected by the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.
