概要

近年の微細加工技術の進展によって、微小な超伝導量子干渉デバイス(SQUID)が作成可能となってきている。この系において、スペクトル統計を通して量子系におけるカオスの兆候を議論した。この系は2次元の周期ポテンシャル系と同等であり、そこでのバンド構造にスペクトル統計が現れることが特徴である。外部磁場などの外部パラメータを制御することにより、GUE統計やGOE統計で記述されるスペクトル統計が得られることを示す。
