• These days, more attentions are paid to evaluation of adult education and lifelong learning. However, compared with administrative evaluation, studies in evaluation of learning outcomes are still poor although needs for building the system of evaluation of learning outcomes are increasing. The purpose of this paper is to overview and show the schema of studies in evaluation of learning outcomes in order to discuss the system of evaluation of learning outcomes, to point out what studies are needed as well.
