It has been considered that protein-lipid interactions play an important role in "Trans-membrane Signalling Mechanism". For the purpose to analyze lipid-protein interaction, following three methods were deviced. 1). Phase-transition release method (PTR) for the analysis of membrane compartmentation using carboxyfluoresceine (CF) containing phospholipid liposomes. 2). Differential scanning calorimetory (DSC) for the analysis of thermodynamics change. 3). Floatation analysis (FA) method for the analysis of membrane-binding protein using Ficoll discontinous density-gradient centrifugation.
