We discuss the low-energy phenomenology of generation twisted supersymmetric GUT. To determine the superparticle spectra, we include radiative electroweak symmetry breaking and study the constraints from the flavor violating b → sγ and τ → μγ rare processes and cold dark matter density of the universe. The predictions of the scenario are rather dependent on the flavor structure of Yukawa matrices and modified bottom-tau unification simultaneously consistent with the light scalars and the experimental data of bottom/tau mass ratio and the b → sγ decay.
