We consider the so-called little hierarchy problem in the MSSM and quantify the fine tuning required in two typical cases, (i) gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking (GMSB) models, (ii) models with negative stop mass squared below the GUT scale. We also consider GMSB models in which top Yukawa coupling is dynamically induced at TeV scale. It is found that the fine tuning may be remarkably ameliorated.
