The purpose in this paper is to reconsider individual employment support systems for persons with disabilities concerning the Law for Employment Promotion, etc. of the Disabled (Law No.123, 1960). The author points out that public individual employment support systems such as Job Coach System should be provided more extensively to persons with disabilities.
