This paper is framed in accordance with the following contents. First of all, the author investigated the distortion in economic growth which has "logic of power" as a background. This can be seen from such examples as the deficits-financing of advanced nations, the bottleneck of the bureaucratic system common to Japan, the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R., the over-issue of the dollar and inflation, the increasing trend of protectionism, the cumulative debts of developing countries, and the limits to the sources of energy. These distortions are manifested in a modern mature society. Secondly, the author made an investigation of the movement towards software and the service industry within the economy, and the diversification of the values of the life-innovator. Finally, the author took into consideration such matters as what direction a mature society with such problems should take; moreover, this paper dwells on how Japanese business management should cope with such situations. A look into the state of business management simply from a functional viewpoint is not engaged here. It may be said that the author's theory is developed from the doctrine of trinity including life-innovators, enterprises and regional societies, as life community.
