Generally speaking, interdisciplinary problems have been increasing in recent years. I would like to introduce and comment about the book Administrative Policy -Text and Cases in the Policy Sciences- written by Mr. Richard M. Hodgetts and Max S. Wortman, Jr. which will combine Policy Sciences with Administration & Management. (1) Organization and Policy Structure (2) Definition of Administrative Policy Science Administrative Policy Science is systematic study of Administrative Process under uncertain changes within and outside of Organization (3) Relations with Administrative Policy Science and Policy Sciences (4) Executives and Administrative Policy Science (5) Social Problems and Administrative Policy Science (6) Analysis and Formulation of Organizational Strategy (7) Interpretation and Evaluation of Organizational Strategy Administrative Policy Science will include Policy Making in such as various fields Business, Education, Government, Hospital and so on. Contribution of Policy Sciences towards Administrative Policy Science will be as follows: (a) Concepts of Policy Sciences will be applicable for Administrative Policy Science. (b) While Policy Sciences have been used for mainly Public Policy Formulation, Administrative Policy Science will be applicable for almost all organizations, on micros and macros levels. (c) And also Administrative Policy Science will be used for the study of various inter-disciplinary problems which are needed for problem-solving of Organizations. (d) Finally, Administrative Policy Science will be to use the method of Systems Approach on the basis of the knowledge of Policy Sciences.
