For the family to support its members and elevate the standard of living, it is necessary that the income be fixed and lasting. The form, as well as the amount, of the family earnings in the course of our history is an important clue to the details of home life in the respective periods. It is generally admitted that economic development is based on the productive activities of the farming population. It is quite essential, therefore, that we should be fully acquainted with the way how they have lived through ages if we are to understand the process of the economic development in the past. At the same time, these economic conditions of the farmers and peasants in the past explain in many aspects the way of family life in the present age. The aim of this thesis is to pursue in both inner and outer sides the changes of the family life in our country through the form of family earnings.
