In the advanced world-wide information society based on the internet system, very huge volume and a great variety of information are issued, stored and transmitted. In these information societies, it is very difficult for each customer to obtain the most suitable information for individual requirements by inputting a few keywords. For example more than thousands relevant items are transmitted or the individual customers need much more efforts and time to grasp the most preferable information for them. In some other cases no item may be found due to mismatching between inputted keywords and index in the database. This means there is a limitation in the existing information retrieval system based on keywords. In order to overcome these issues, it will be effective to use the personal preference e.g. interests or requirements of the individual customers. This personal preference will be obtained by classifying automatically, based on semantic feature or practically used expression which are used in their ordinary communications, e.g. e-mail. In this study the preference or specific features of individual customers are extracted from the ordinary communication and reflected on the performance of information acquirement. Furthermore this paper shows that image information plays very important role for customers to understand the received information. Taking into account that "How many times and When the relevant words are used", the personalized and efficient information acquirement system will be realized.
