It is said that early education is helpful to master languages. This is definitely true. But this way of teaching is mainly adopted to get Mother Tongue. When we learn English as a second language, Is it possible for us to master this foreign language as time passes by, like Mother tongue? Nicht so! Mother tongue needs Time, which means "Quantity", on the contrary Foreign tongue needs "Quality", which means Logic. In this paper I would like to reveal the way of teaching. English here in Japan from the view point of Pattern Grammar Theory. I have ever analyzed the "Pattern Grammar Theory" invented by C.T. Onions, Oxford University, and gave a new suggestion that "Strict Theory" is the most available for learners in Japan. I do hope this paper will be so helpful to that English learners will be able to be free from Magic of English and feel comfortable in English class.
