CTI (Computer Telephony Integration systems) has increasingly been implemented for the purpose of increasing efficiency of order entry operation recently. The data stored by using CTI can also be utilized to form the marketing policy. This study shows the efficiency and difficulties of the CTI implementation reviewing the practical consulting case. The paper covers the following: (1) General structure of CTI (2) Implementation Case of CTI (3) Advantage and disadvantage of CTI (4) CTI for Data Base Marketing
