This study is the first step of the research for the teacher's performance skills in the college with the object of making the scales of teacher's performance skills. According to analysis of the questionnaires-"What kind of lectures would you like to attend willingly? / What kind of lectures would you like not?"-using KJ method, 38 of junior college students are affected by teachers attitudes toward students in the classes-1) verbal expressions, 2) non-verbal expressions, 3) respects to students (especially 'fairness'), 4) mentalities, 5) contents of lectures, 6) visual aids.
