In this paper, I deal with innovation mentor (IM) like a catalyst or enzyme in chemical and bio process, for innovation of each corporations. And in this study, innovation covers not only technological one but also managerial and operational one. Functions of IM are characterized in six points as technology, human resources, marketing, information and management, financing, physical facility, and those effectiveness of IM are depend on characteristics of industries such as food processing, Pharmaceuticals, Fine chemicals, precisions and electronics industries in this case study.
