水・エタノールニ成分混合系について室温で低振動ラマン散乱スペクトルを測定し、低濃度を重点的に詳細な濃度依存性を調べた。低濃度において180cm^<-1>のモードの動的感受率の虚部が大きく減少していることが分かった。
