Land and the water management for the cultivation under cover were reported in the first part and the second part of few years ago. However, it was not clarified how much they are utilized and put to practical use at the actual situations. Then, this study was conducted to establish the general standards and the development of the land and the water management in the cultivation under cover. Consequently, the quantative tendencies of the land and the water management could be clarified to be greatly different in each prefecture of Kinki District because of being different from the climate conditions, the soil conditions, the farmer's experiences and others.
