Recently, the passenger car or the other purpose automobile often uses the new mechanism and the new system, and include the electronics systems and the computer controlls for engine controll, transmission adjustment and the other chassis system, These devices help decreasing of HC, CO and NOx gases, and stability of the automobile at high speed run. This paper proposes a method of measuring rolling-resistance which often causes energy efficiency to the automobile, and shows a way of measurement of rollng resistance by Chassis Daynamometer. In the case as that rolling resistance is measured by the external experiment on the road, those results are influenced by roughness of the experimental road or the state of whether. To add to this, when automobile speed increase on the external test, the resistance by an atmosphere increase a much amount. Or, it is need to seperate the air resistance to the total-resistance, at the particular high-speed cruising. But that seperating air drag is so dificult, because both air and rolling resistance have functions of two dimensions. These results are derived from a method of measuring rolling resistance, without air resistance, and a simulation of coast down experiment on the Chassis Dynamometer.
