When a part of a machine is slided on the swelling surface, in high speed, by the guide board for stable movement of the board, Flutter-Vibration happen at the guide board, so stability of the board sliding grow a state of worse. By Flutter-Vibration, the guide board loss to follow smoothly against the swelling surface, while high speed slide. This Flutter-Vibration, in comparative low speed, not happen, but in high speed, the board of guide is vibrated by the rough surface contained swells, and it is unstable. The Method of decreasing Flutter-Vibration is the external damper on the board. When rough vibration happen on the board of guide, the external damper absorbs vibration and stabilize. But the external damper needs simple mechanism and light weight. This report explains that reflection of a few of fundamental mutters about the external damper which make use of Coulomb's Friction, have simple mechanism and light weight.
