1. The farm was not established on the prospect of the forthcoming profits, but on the farmer's trend of mind strongly influenced by leading people of the village. 2. A moderate level of capital and technology was sufficient for setting up the farm. So it was required that the farmer should seek to be aided by agricultural experiment stations as he was devoid of necessary technology. The people who helped him were obliged to keep in mind the fact the farmer was helplessly conservative. 3. Provided with readjustment capital and livestock the farmer has succeeded in the enterprise.
