腎不全時の循環動態と人工透析による影響

In 48 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), the hemodynamical changes under the treatment of hemodialysis were studied by the non-invasive method. Before hemodialysis, the cardiac output of the patients were generally increased because of the increased preload. In the hypertensive patients with CRF, the elevation of the total peripheral resistance (TPR) was obscure because the cardiac output of the patients remarkably increased. Most of patients with CRF showed the decreased myocardial contractility. In most of the patients, the "blood-emptying effect" from the left ventricle was noticed during the treatment of the hemodialysis. In the patients with CRF, SV/ET as an index of the "blood-empying effect" usually increased during the treatment of hemodialysis. However, in a few patients, both SV/ET and blood pressure decreased because of the severe reduction of the myocardial contractility and/or the disturbance of the autonomic nerve regulation.
