• Assuming the demand control, it is the soft pass that use of the water resource of the ground water etc. In this case, by reason of that the environment destruction aresmall, the little scale decentral type are systematized and existing technology accommodate, their technology are proper. There are not a living thing in theecology, but they are the ecological system. In this paper, we are discussing on following subjects: 1) Optimal capacity expansion of the system. 2) Cleanliness for water quality using of aquatic macrophytes. 3) Optimal pumping policies for ground water management. 4) Identification of aquifer parameters.
