This study aims to document Louisa May Alcott and her family's life in the U.S.A. and Canada in terms of geographical information. The geographical information is listed by location. Although Louisa May Alcott was born in Germantown, Pennsylvania in 1832, she spent most of her life in Concord and Boston, Massachusetts. She and her family moved very often because of their financial problems until she wrote Little Women in 1868 and it established her reputation as a writer. After its publication, she and her family's living conditions changed completely. She bought a cottage in Nonquitt, Massachusetts in 1884 and rented a house on Louisburg Square in Boston in 1885.
