During the past a little more than 20 years, the Zhu Jiang delta in south China is an area where economic growth is the quickest in China. By the degree called "factory in the world" today, this area attracts attention in the world. The continuous high growth of the Zhu Jiang delta area was realized by change of economic structure, which brings economic activation and economic increase in efficiency. Change of the economic structure has mainly appeared in structure of ownership, production structure, and industrial arrangement in the area. When the information technology correlative industry centering on foreign funding company, the household-electric-appliances industry centering on local company, and the traditional industries centering on town and village enterprise permeate and cooperate in each other, various industrial accumulation is formed and the economic effect is heightened. For maintaining economic growth high from now on, the Zhu Jiang delta needs to set forth the policy coping earnestly with problems, such as change of local distribution of foreign direct investment in China, the constitution of excessive dependence to export, shortage of independent research and development. And an image down of the area accompanied by unjust frequent occurrence.
