Ascribing to the effect of education on women 'S career, this paper shows the educational effects on a female working behavior, using cohort analysis which pays attention to the difference among the generations. Noting the educational content difference, it makes a distinction between a university and a junior college. This study was conducted by the methods of expanding the generation coverage period, verifying the continuous working rate and dividing the wage rate into the generation and age effect. It confirmed a positive relationship between the higher academic background and continuous employment rate by this analysis. It also indicated that the working environment of female university graduates was more vulnerable to the social and environmental factor. As a result, though limitedly, a career promoting effect of the female university education was recognized.
