In this paper, The turbines of the new type for the wave power generation of electricity is proposed. One of these turbines is the torsion arc blade type horizontal axis turbine (TABT turbine) and another is the reverse torsion arc blade type horizontal axis turbine (RTABT turbine) remodeled TABT turbine. TABT turbine turns round to opposite each other for the wind of both directions of the rotating axis. However, RTABT turbine always turns round to the one-way for the wind incoming from both directions. Also the double type which combined TABT turbine and RTABT turbine always turns round to the one-way for the wind of both directions. Therefore, because the direction of the wind in case of the wave power generation of electricity which used a caisson reverse by the vertical motion of wave, the turbine must be composed by based on RTABT turbine. The characteristic (C_P and C_T) of the double type is found by adding the torque of each of TABT turbine and RTABT turbine. In the identical load, the rotating speed and the output of the double type are bigger than these for the single type and the efficiency of the double type is very good than the single type. The possibility of the wave power generation of electricity was obtained by the combination of the torsion arc blade type and the reverse torsion arc blade type horizontal axis turbine.
